Steps

Remove them to a plate covered with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Trim off any excess fat of the meat. Wash and drain the mutton.

Marinate the chops with above mentioned marinade for at least 2 hours or best overnight.

Heat oil in saucepan. Add whole spices. Sauté for few seconds.

Add onions and sprinkle little salt to lessen the sweetness of onions and to cook the onions faster. Stir fry them till golden brown in colour.

Add the chops and mix well with onions. Cover the pot with lid and slow cook the chops till they are tender. Stir in-between cooking time to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Adjust salt to taste.

Beat the eggs and add pinch of salt to them and spread breadcrumbs on a large plate.

In a fry pan, heat oil for deep frying. Dip the masala coated chops in eggs and then coat them with breadcrumbs.

Once the oil is hot enough, lower the flame to medium and deep fry the chops without overcrowding them till golden in colour.

Serve them with your choice of condiments.
