  • Flour
  • Spices and seasoning
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your fish and cut it to size sprinkle little salt and keep,sieve your flour and add seasoning and spices

  2. 2

    Roll the fish in the flour mixture and deep fry in a medium hot oil
