In a saucepan heat 2tbsp oil add slice garlic, when garlic become light brown add chop tomatoes fresh (I used home grown it has a lot of flavour and the sourness)around 4/5 medium size

Add grated onion 1tbsp, 1tsp salt,less than 1/3 tsp haldi powder and 1/3 tsp of coriander powder. Mix and cook everything for 5 min in medium heat

Add fish with or without bone (i used fish head) cook for another two min in low heat.make sure nothing get stuck in the bottom. Add 1/3 cup of water cook the fish until well done, add few sliced garlic again for extra flavour and one or two slices of green chillies

Finally add cup of water turn the heat full cook for 5 min, topped with green coriander. (You can strain the soup before serving but we don’t)
