Mix all masala and rub on meat piece gently prick the meat with folk keep the meat in air tight box and put in freezer marrinate atleast for 3 days. daily take out the meat and mix it in masala upside down let it dip in its own water and masala for 3

After 3 days through all water not masala take a pot put meat piece cook from one side for 10 min and 10 min on other side then add water and cook until meat tenderize. dry all water and grill it in oven for 15 min for color.... serve with fries salad and
