Keep all required ingredients ready. Soak chikpeas untill they are soft. Dry roast peanuts and remove their skin.

Wash and chopped spinach and green chillis, peel banana skin chop it and put in hot water for ten minutes. After that drain water. Blanched raw bana pieces are ready. Cut lemon to extract juice.

Put soaked chikpeas, spinach blanched banana pieces, chopped chillis, roasted peanuts, salt pepper powder in a bowl. Add olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Nutri salad is ready to serve. Transe to serving plate.
