Keep all required ingredients ready.

Soak peanuts over night and pressure cook them. Corasly grinde using mixer grainder. Dry roast peanuts, remove skin and corasly grinde them as well.

Wash and chopped tomato, spinach. Chopped onion, garlic pods and ginger. Cut lemon.

Heat the oil in a pan saute onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, spinach till they become soft. Add corasly grinded cooked chikpeas, peants, red chillipowder, salt, garam masala and lemon juice. Mix well, trun off heat. Now filling is ready.

Cut bread pieces one base and one ring for EACH disc using two different sized cups.

Apply cheese on base disc and place ring over it and fill center part with prepared filling.

Place it on hot tawa and bake on both sides.

Trase to serving plate, greate cheese over it and serve with ketchup.
