Boil the qeema for 15 minutes, do separate mince from stock. Keep stock aside

Pour oil in pan on medium flame. Add g.g paste, cordamom, cumin seeds & saute for 1 minute. Then add sliced onion & fry for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes & cook for 3 minutes

Now add boiled Qeema in mixture, add all spices & fry for 3 minutes more now add one bowl stock & cover the mixture for 10 minutes. Keep stirring.

Turn off flame & add boiled rice. Sprinkle water soaked saffron & mint leaves. Turn flame-mediam low for 10 minutes & cover tightly. Can garnish with brown onion
