Tuwo Rice, ugu and egusi soup

Put pot to fire with enough leave to boil then washed ur rice leave to cook till soft then torn it very well ur suwer low is ready then set aside.

Mix ur grinded egusi with ur already pounded scotch, nutmeg,onion and gerlic together with a warm water set aside.

Heat oil add ur sliced onion then pour ur mixed egusi and stir fry till well fried, then add ur seasoning, fried meat and a little water cover to boil for 10 minutes.

Cut ur ugu leave, washe with warm water and salt then add to ur boiling egusi stir and cover let it seamer in a low heat for 5 second u are done serve with your tuwo Rice.
