  • Rice
  • Tomatoes
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Red pepper
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Maggie
  • Spinach
  • Salt
  • G/nut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend scotch bonnet,red pepper and onions then fry in g/nut oil

  2. 2

    Add in water followed by the spices when it boils add in crushed garlic and the rice and then allow to cook

  3. 3

    Wash the spinach and steam it to serve along side the rice and enjoy
