Add tahini to the grinder with the lemon juice

Mix for a minute then open then mix again. Repeat 2 to 3 times. This gives the tahini the creamyness for hummus.

Add salt, cumin, lemon juice. Grind for a minute, then stop. Repeat 2-3 times.

Add chickpeas and olive oil and grind for a minute then stop. Repeat 2-3 times.

Now you have a thick paste. Taste and add lemon or olive oil if needed.

To bring to store like smooth consistency add water and mix

Remove from grinder and mix Peri Peri sauce and mix

Chill in fridge for a few hours

Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and paprika
