Wash and drain drumsticks

In a different bowl, marinate chicken with seasoning cubes, black pepper, garlic, ginger powder, scotch bonnet and allow to sit for 30minutes

In another bowl, add flour, seasoning

Dip marinated drumsticks in flour and dust off excess and deep fry on medium heat until golden brown

In another pan, drizzle little oil, add garlic and ketchup and stir for 2 minutes

Add scotch bonnet, black pepper and seasoning and stir
- 7
Add little water to loosen mixture and add fresh parsley
- 8
Add fried drumsticks, reduce heat and allow to cook for 3minutes
- 9
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve
