Stuffed Mirchi Pakoda

Wash and clean Green Chillies.

Put the slit on the green chilli. And remove the seed from inside.

To make the stuffing, take one bowl. Put Mint leaves and coriander leaves.

Add all masalas except oil. Put besan over it.

Meanwhile, keep one small Kadhai and put oil for heating.

Now pour this hot oil over it and mix well. Stuffing is ready.

Now stuff the masala in all Mirchis.

Make the batter for covering. Take a bowl. Add besan, ajwain, coriander leaves and salt.

Put little water and make smooth batter.

Dip the mirchi into batter and fry.

Take out in plate. It's ready to be served with green chutney.
