Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsdried chickpeas, soaked overnight
  2. Small bunch of parsley
  3. 1onion
  4. clovesGarlic
  5. Salt
  6. Hot pepper
  7. 1 tablespoonground coriander
  8. 1 tablespooncumin
  9. 1 tablespoonsesame seeds
  10. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  11. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  12. Water
  13. Black pepper
  14. Oil for frying

  16. Chopped parsley
  17. Pickles
  18. Tarator sauce:
  19. 1/4 cuptahini
  20. Juice of 1 lemon
  21. Salt
  22. Water

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender, grind the chickpeas, parsley, onion, and garlic. Then add the spices and mix well. Let the falafel mixture rest in the fridge for 1 to 1.5 hours.
