Marinate chicken with soya sauce, salt, pepper, red crushed chilli, paprika, lemon juice, vinegar, capsicum,onions and tomatoes.mix all well. Keep it in fridge for an hour.

After an hour set them on shashlik sticks. Bake it or fry it in little oil on non-stick pan.

To make rice soutay rice with olive oil, soya sauce, crumbled omelette, salt pepper and capsicum with chicken powder.

Set rice and Shashlik or serving platter and enjoy.
