Ingredients

  • 1 lbSelf Raising flour
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 4 OzSugar
  • 1/2 pintmilk
  • 4 OzButter/ Marg
  • 4 ozSultanas (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients.
    Roll out to 1/2 in thick.
    Press out rounds with pastry cutter.
    Brush top of each with beaten egg/ or milk
    Bake for 10/15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 deg
