Mix yeast and 1 tbspn of sugar in 1 cup of warm water to know if the yeast is good for 5 minutes

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl except baking powder and add water and mix then add your yeast mixture and mix thoroughly it shouldn't be too watery and allow it to rise for 1_2 hours depending on the temperature

Once it is has double in size add the baking powder and chopped onion and attarugu

Set your masa pan and add oil then scoop your barter and fry (the barter should be half of the masa pan so that it can be crispy)
Enjoy with cow head,miyar taushe or kuli
