  2. 2 teaspoonsblack pepper
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoonsground cumin
  4. 1/4 cupbay leaves
  5. 1 cupvinegar
  6. 3 headsgarlic
  7. 3onions
  8. salt to taste
  9. 1 1/2 cupswater
  10. cilantro
  11. chopped onion
  12. red sauce for serving

    Wash the meat and place it in a container, set aside. In a blender, combine the cup of vinegar, garlic cloves, bay leaves, cumin, and pepper.
