Ingredients

40 minutes
12 servings
  1. 1 boxgluten-free yellow cake mix (can use regular cake mix)
  2. 6 ozpkg orange jello, divided
  3. 4eggs or equivalent of egg substitute
  4. 1/4 cupwater
  5. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1 containerfluffy white frosting

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 pan.

  2. 2

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 3 oz jello, water, oil, & eggs.

  3. 3

    Once mixed, pour into baking dish.

  4. 4

    Bake for 30-40 until done. Let cool completely.

  5. 5

    For frosting, mix frosting & remaining jello. Spread over cooled cake.
