For Noodles:
3 tspoil
1/4 cupsliced Onions
1/4thinly sliced capsicum
1/4 cupsliced carrots
1 cupshredded cabbage
2 tbspchopped spring onions
2 tsptomato sauce
2 tbspChilli Flakes
1/4 tspsalt
2 cupnoodles, cooked
Other Ingredients:
4chapathi, leftover
as requiredbutter for roasting
4 tspschezwan sauce
4 tsptomato sauce

In preheated pan, take 3 tsp oil and allow it to heat nicely.

Then add sliced onions, sliced capsicum, sliced carrots and 1 cup cabbage till they cook slightly.

Now add 2 tsp Chilli Sauce and ¼ tsp salt. saute for a minute.
add in cooked noodles and mix gently coating well with sauce.

Further, add 2 tbsp Chilli Flakes & Chopped Spring Onions and give a good mix. keep aside.

Now heat a tawa with ½ tsp butter and warm up chapathi from both sides.

Remove on plate and Spread 1 tsp tomato sauce over chapathi.

Place a handful of noodles in the centre of chapathi and now roll tight making sure the stuffing is intact.

Wrap the roti in an aluminum foil or butter paper.

Noodles Frankie or Kathi Roll is now ready to serve hot or pack to kid's lunch box.
