Slice the pork belly thinly. Slice the young coconut meat thinly as well. Marinate the pork with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon seasoning powder, and 1 tablespoon sugar. Marinate the coconut with the same seasonings. Add the pork to a pan and sauté until the meat firms up and releases some fat.

In another pan, sauté the coconut until it softens. Then add the pork and braise them together, adding a little water. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Lower the heat and simmer gently so the coconut absorbs the flavors and becomes tender. Remove from heat and sprinkle with black pepper for aroma.
