Ingredients

  • 3Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 4Shisho Leaves
  • 2 portionsspaghetti (cooked)
  • 3 tbsbutter
  • 1 1/2 tbsmiso
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 1/4 tbswhite pepper
  • 4 tbsshiitake soaking water

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak shiitake in warm water for 4 hours at least.

  2. 2

    Melt the butter then add miso, mushroom soaking water, honey and pepper then mix to form a watery paste

  3. 3

    Squeeze out water from shiitake then slice.

  4. 4

    Sautee shiitake 5 minutes. Add spaghetti and the sauce we made.

  5. 5

    Sautee in the pan and mix with tongs for one minute.

  6. 6

    Add finely julienned shiso leaves at the last minute. Remove from heat and serve!
