Grease the utensil well with Desi Ghee/Oil.
Now, put besan it the utensil.
Add minced ginger into the flour/besan.
Now, add salt and mix it well.
Now, dissolve the mix properly by adding water in it and stir it continuously until it gets even.
Now, add Eno salt into it and stir it continuously.
Now, pour the mix into the greased pan.
Now, keep it in a steamer for 15-20 minutes. - 2
Chutni:
Heat oil/desi ghee is a frying pan.
Put mustard seeds in the pan.
Add green chilies.
Add curry leaves.
Add salt (as per need).
Now, add 2-3 cup of water slowly.
Pour lemon juice in the mix.
Now, add sugar into the mix and stir it well until the sugar get dissolved.
Now cut the prepared Dhokla into pieces and layer it with the chutni.
Your tasty and tangy Dhoklas are ready to serve now.
