Ingredients

  • each 100 gmUrad mung and chana dal
  • 1 kgCurd
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 1 tsp eachRosted jeera powder and chilli powder
  • as neededoil to deep fry
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchilli paste
  • 1 tspcoriander
  • 1 tsp eno
  • as neededanar dana

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak all 3dals together 5 hours grind smooth paste with salt and green chilli give rest 2hours.add eno.

  2. 2

    Mix well till fluffy deepfry golden brown.

  3. 3

    Emmidiatly soak wada in sakty water 10mins.

  4. 4

    Press and remove water.

  5. 5

    Assemble in plat 4wada.pour curd both chutney jira and chilli powder black salt. Garnish with corriender and anar Dana. Serve chilled
