Ingredients

  • 1 cupDosa batter
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1Tomato small
  • 1 tspCooking oil
  • 1Baby corn
  • 1Cucumber small
  • 1/2Beetroot
  • 2 tspChopped coriander
  • 1/2 cupTomato chilli sauce

  1. 1

    Keep ingredients ready. Cut and cook one tomato in water and grinde to paste. Add paste to dosa batter with salt,red chilli powder and cumin seeds.mix well. Wash and slice other vegetables into long pieces.

    Heat the tawa grease the oil on pan- put dosa batter,spread round. Bake on both sides on sim heat.now dosa is ready. Transe to a plate.

    Arrange long cut vegetables in a line one after other as shown in picture. And start rolling dosa from one side.

    Cut the rolled dosa into pieces and arrange on serving plate.sprinkle coriander and serve with tomato chilli sauce.DOSA SUSHI READY.
