Steps

Take a bowl add potatoes and peas mash them properly

Than add all the spices and mix well

Take another bowl add refined flour,water and pinch of salt mix well and make a slurry

Now make 1 tsp of mix and make round balls and flattern them than dip into the slurry and coat with crumbs than shallow fry them in medium to high flame.Serve hot with green dip
