In a bowl add gram flour, red chilli powder, baking soda, cumin, turmeric, salt, garlic paste, water mix well, the texture needs to be thick not liquid.

Heat oil add the batter with a tbsp for each baray, fry till golden on low to medium flame, once fried keep on paper low.

Now take a large bowl and add warm water, place the baray in it soak for 15 to 20 minutes, till gets soft.

For serving: in a bowl add yogurt, salt, milk mix well

Then take each baray squeeze the water and place them in a dish top it with yogurt, boil aloo, boil chane, imli chutney, red chilli, fresh coriander
