Ingredients

  • 4 SlicesSmoked Bacon Cubed
  • 1\2 diced onion
  • 1 TablespoonOlive Oil
  • to Taste Salt
  • to Taste Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 ClovesMinced Garlic
  • 6 1/2 CupsWater
  • 3Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 PoundPinto Beans Sorted and Rinsed
  • Cook 60 Minutes High Pressure
  • 1 CanFavorite Chili
  • Quick Pressure Release

Steps

  1. 1

    On medium high sauté mode, add bacon, olive oil, onion, salt and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent, and the bacon has rendered some fat. 7-10 minutes. Add Minced Garlic towards the end.

  2. 2

    Add water, bouillon cubes, and pinto beans. Cook under high pressure for 1 hour. Let it naturally release for 10 minutes, then do a quick pressure release. Enjoy!
