FOR GARNISHING:
chopped coriander leaves, some mustard seeds, whole red chillies and some black pepper along with oil. - 2
Wash the rice and urad dal properly until the water runs clear. Now put the rice and dal mix in a bowl and cover with warm water and soak for 3 hrs

Tempering: Add oil in a kadai. Upon heating, add mustard seeds, red chillies, black pepper, a pinch of salt and sugar along with water. Bring to a boil and with a spoon add the tempering to the dhokla.

The Khaman Dhokla is ready to be served.
