Steps

Take a corncobes clean and cut in 4 inches pcs.

Take a pressure cooker put water,salt and turmeric then add corncobes pcs and cook in 3 whistle.

After pressure released drain water and corn cobes keep side.

Take a mixing bowl put corncobes,rock salt,red chilli and lemon juice mix.

Take a serving plate put corn cobes garnish tomato sauce and tamarind sauce.
