Ingredients

3 servings
  • 500 gmpotato cubes
  • 1big sliced tomato
  • 2 tspRefined oil
  • 1 tspGhee
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteSugar
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2dry chilli
  • 2 tspginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the potatoes in oil-and haldi. Take it out. Then to it add more oil and add garam masala,bay leaves and chilli. Saute for a minute.

  2. 2

    Add tomato and fry for a minute then add ginger and green chilli paste. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add haldi and red chilli powder and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add salt and sugar and fried potatoes and mix well. Add 1 cup water,cover and cook for 5-10 mins. Then add salt as per your taste and cook on high flame

  4. 4

    Add garam masala and a tsp of ghee. Cover with lid. Serve with puri or naan
