Wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces don't peel it. Peel the ginger wash all the ingredients together and then put them in a grinder add a spoon of water churn it when it is churned into smooth paste take it out from the grinder add salt and lemon juice to it voylla your phalhari chutney is ready this is my version one can adjust salt and lemon according to taste
