Steps

Heat oil in a kadhai. Lightly fry and take out the paneer. In the same oil, add chopped garlic and saute it. To it add chopped onion.

Add chopped tomatoes when onion turns golden brown. Mix and fry well.

Now add chopped green chillies. Add salt. When tomatoes become soft, add haldi,lal mirch powder, coriander powder. Mix and saute well for 2 minutes.

Add 1 glass of water. Bring to boil and now add potato pièces. Now add the fried paneer

Cook for 5-10 minutes. Now garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with Puri or roti.
