3 Minute Bread Pudding (for breakfast and snacktime) 3 Minute Bread Pudding (for breakfast and snacktime)
When I was a university student, I would want to eat French toast for breakfast, but I didn't want to wash all the dishes and wanted to eat something quickly. So I tried microwaving it.... it became a bread pudding. My 2 year old daughter gobbles this right up. Please enjoy it together.I usually eyeball the ingredients and just tear the bread apart with my hands. The main point is to use a lot of milk.Adjust the amount of bread and cooking time based on your taste. If you have a strong wattage microwave (900 W etc.), it will be fluffy and gooey after just 2 minutes. Made With Frozen Bread! Easy and Fluffy French Toast Made With Frozen Bread! Easy and Fluffy French Toast
If you live alone, you end up with lots of extra frozen bread... So I was wondering what I could do to make it into a delicious dish, and ended up with this fluffy french toast.Piercing holes in the bread with a fork helps the flavors penetrate easily. Also, microwaving the bread allows it to soak up the egg liquid while thawing at the same time.If you are making it for 2, you can double the recipe. Or, you can increase the amount of milk and butter only!If you prefer to let the flavors soak into the bread even more, soak the bread at Step 3 for 5-20 minutes.Do not forget to flip the bread. I tried baking my favorite banana bread pudding like a cake with caramel sauce, and it turned out delicious. When unmolding the cake onto a plate, use a knife to separate the the cake from the mold (Step 7), place an upside down plate on top of the mold, and then flip it over. l It's actually easier than it sounds Don't be afraid and do it all at once. Rusk-style Bread Crusts Rusk-style Bread Crusts
I love 5 slice (2.4-cm thick) sandwich bread, but it's hard to divide among three people! When I baked these up, they were a big hit! Since we are big eaters, this recipe was created out of desperation!I'm envious of families where everyone eats only 1 slice of bread each. Just today, my son ate 3 slices plus these bread crusts.Every toaster oven is different, so adjust this to suit your oven; bake these to the point where you think they might have baked for a bit too long. Keep an eye on them or they'll burn! Recipe by Team yokin cookpad.japan -
Easy Frying-pan Crispy Bread Crust Rusks Easy Frying-pan Crispy Bread Crust Rusks
I had a lot of leftover bread crusts after making sandwiches. You can use butter instead of margarine! Butter adds depth to the flavor, and is great as well. When you roast the bread crusts in the frying pan, be careful not to burn them If you burn them, they will turn bitter.
