200 gmspaneer
50 gmspeanuts soaked
80 gmsfresh tomatoes
as per tastesalt
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
2green chillies chopped

Steps

Make the wet peanuts paste in the mixer. Mash the cheese (paneer).

Add paste in the bowl add salt, black pepper, and chopped green chillies.

Spread the paste on the non-stick hot plate,pour the mashed paneer on the top, add tomato slices.

Ready paneer peanut Uttapam.
