Ingredients

  • Bhindi 1/2 kg thin slices
  • 1/4 cupcornflour
  • 1/4 cupgramflour
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcrushed red chilli
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tspcoriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add okra thin slice

  2. 2

    Then add all spice

  3. 3

    Then add lemon juice

  4. 4

    Then add gram flour and cornflour

  5. 5

    Mix well and rest for 15 - 20 mins

  6. 6

    Then fry on medium flame untill golden brown and crispy
