I really wanted to make bread, so I searched for an easy recipe and found this one. It turned out great on my first try... I love this recipe 🧡 Bread Calling 🍞
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the yeast with the milk and stir until combined. Set aside. Then, mix all the dry ingredients together (bread flour, cake flour, sugar, salt, milk powder).
- 2
Pour the milk and yeast mixture into the dry ingredients. Use a spatula to combine until it starts to form a dough.
- 3
Take the dough out and knead by hand until smooth. Add the room temperature butter and continue kneading until the butter is fully incorporated and the dough can be stretched into a thin film. Shape into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 30-40 minutes until doubled in size.
- 4
Punch down the risen dough to release air, then divide into 6 portions. Shape each portion into a ball, cover with a damp cloth, and let rest for another 15 minutes.
- 5
The dough will rise again. Gently deflate the dough, then roll each piece into an oval shape. Fold the sides inwards, then fold again to seal the edges and ends tightly.
- 6
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 40 minutes (make sure to space them out a bit, as they will expand and might stick together 😊).
- 7
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 14 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Remove and let cool.
- 8
All done! Grill the sausages and fill the buns. For a sweet twist, try dipping them in custard 😊

Chamorro Sweet Roll Style Hot Dog Buns Chamorro Sweet Roll Style Hot Dog Buns
Every time I visit Rota Island, situated between Guam and Saipan, I always buy this bread. They are slightly bigger than average hot dog buns. I looked at the ingredients on the back of the package and figured out how to recreate the taste and texture. Until my next visit, when I can get real ones, I will survive eating these buns instead. My bread maker is a Panasonic SD-BH103 and my oven is Hitachi MRO-GS7. I use Nisshin Food Company brand bread flour and dried yeast. Recipe by Nekozame cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Buns for Hot Dogs 🌭 / Sandwiches or Burgers 🍔 Fluffy Buns for Hot Dogs 🌭 / Sandwiches or Burgers 🍔
We wanted to make extra special hot dogs in a street food style, but living abroad, it's extremely difficult to find good buns for this purpose. So, I went into the kitchen and made my own buns!!They turned out more than fantastic, fluffy, and exactly how we wanted them, so I'm sharing the recipe with you 🤩I filled them with country sausage, crispy bacon, cheese, caramelized onion, ketchup, and mustard... homemade street food 😁🤪Let's make them!!!P.S.:They can be used however we want and filled with anything we can think of, from patties, sausages, ham and cheese, salads, etc., to hazelnut spread, jam, butter, and honey, etc.In the recipe, I used a combination of all-purpose flour and cake flour. Also, I didn't have fresh milk, so I used condensed milk, which I simply diluted 50-50 with warm water. Mariana Mykonos 💙🇬🇷🤍Translated from Cookpad Greece -

Dog-Shaped Bread Rolls: Sleeping Dachshund Wiener Sausage Bread Dog-Shaped Bread Rolls: Sleeping Dachshund Wiener Sausage Bread
Dog bread: I wanted to bake bread shaped like various dog breeds. For the body dough, make sure to place sausage on the right side. Ketchup will run out if you put too much. For the face, stretch the dough in an oval shape and attach the entire face on the body. Press the nose firmly on the face. On February 27, 2012, I revised the baking process. For 5 servings. Wiener Sausage Bread Rolls Using a Bread Machine Wiener Sausage Bread Rolls Using a Bread Machine
Since I love wiener sausage bread rolls, I made some.I used a "MKHDBー100" bread machine. *I used the "bread dough" program, with 1 hour for the 1st rising. When you check the dough during that time and it's already doubled in volume, you don't need to wait for the whole hour. You can remove the dough from the machine at that point. Make sure to cover the dough not being handled during Step 4, 5,6 so that it doesn't dry out. When you are slashing the tops, if you wet the tip of a knife, it won't stick to the dough and it's easier to make clean cuts. Please be careful not to slash the bread too deeply. Hamburger Buns Hamburger Buns
These hamburger buns have a soft and chewy texture. The story behind this recipeWhile I was out of rice, I often ate hamburgers as a substitute for bread and noodles (haha). I had been adjusting a bun recipe for a while, so I decided to finalize it this time. I didn't want to crack an egg just for the egg wash, so I minimized it and used the egg from the ingredients.Makes 8 buns using a 3.5-inch round mold. For 4-inch molds, increase the recipe by 1.2 times. れっさーぱんだTranslated from Cookpad Japan -
