Put the cream from milk into a bowl and vanilla and beat with a beater(or whisk)

Add in this the cream and whip it all together

Add in the green food color and condensed milk and whip

Remove the pistachio from its shells and chop them up.fold them into the cream mixture.

Place this mixture in an air tight container,garnish with a a few crushed pistachios. cover with a cling film first then close the lid.

Freeze for 8-10 hours.can last for 2 weeks in freezer
