Ingredients

200grm Sawaiyaan
1/2 cupsugar
3green cardamoms
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupbalai (homemade)
1 tsprose water
1 tspkewrda water
Chandi wark (optional)
Dry nuts (optional)

Steps

Heat up oil stir cardamoms in it, add sawaiyaan and sugar cook for a while.

Add milk and balai mix and give a dumm for 15 to 20 on low flame. Garnish with as per choice.

NOTE*I m using national roasted sawaiyaan, if you have plain yellow then roast it before adding sugar.
