  • 3 cupswheat flour
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 tbssugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2med sized Onions chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 tbsyeast

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure the flour add the sugar yeast and salt

    Add water and mix well and allow to rise (double in size) then add chopped onion this enhances the flavour

    Use palm to spread into hot oil and fry till golden brown.Enjoy with any sauce of your choice or just sugar sprinkles
