Grate, pound or crush the tomato, scotch & red pepper add into a pot on heat in the mean time you slice the onions into desirable shapes & add it too.

Cook for 3 minutes then add the oil and fish (shredded) & fry for 5 minutes then you add in the seasonings, fry for another 2 minutes & its ready.
