Steps

Boil and peel and mashed potatoes.

Mix with onion, green chilli, adrak lahsan, lemon juice, salt and chilli powder.

Mix well and make small balls.

In a bowl add baisan, salt and chilli powder. Add water and make a thick batter.

Dip the potato balls in batter and deep fry till golden colour.
- 6
Serve with ketchup or mint chutni.
