Ingredients

  • 1 cupSabudana
  • as required Water to soak Sabudana
  • 1 teaspoonpowdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoonspeanuts
  • 1 teaspooncornstarch (cornflour)
  • as required Oil to make appe
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 teaspoonjeera
  • 1/2 teaspoonhing
  • 1boiled and mashed aloo

Steps

  1. 1

    First, roast the peanuts till crisp and add little salt and make it a powder.

    Now take bowl add soaked and drained Sabudana boiled aloo sugar salt cornflour green chilli and jeera and mix well.

    Add oil in appe pan then make small balls of the mixture and cook till golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
