Wash shak and finely cut it.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and whole dry red chilli in hot oil and fry for 1 minute. Add shak Stir fry(Kalmi ka saag) mix it and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Add salt and turmeric add little water.
Cook on medium flame for few minutes. Once soft bhuno well and serve with hot rice.
