Potato Poha tikki

Wash poha and drain in a sieve.

Mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add washed poha and mix well.

Add chopped onion, coriander leaves and green chilli. Mix all dry masale. Mix well and make a dough.

Make medium sized balls of dough and shape with the help of your palms to flatten in the form of disc/tikki.

Heat oil in a karahi and put two tikki and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Transfer the tikki in serving bowl.

Coriander chutney : Peel and wash all vegetables finely and chop. Add all dry masale and lemon juice to the mixture. Put in a grinder and grind to a fine paste.

Serve hot tikki with coriander chutney and tea.
