Ingredients

  • 2 kgwhite flour
  • 10large potatoes
  • 4medium size carrots
  • 250 gmsfresh peas
  • 2large onions
  • 3 Tbspnsalt
  • 250Ltrs of oil
  • 2 Tbspnsugar
  • 1tspn garam masalo
  • 1 bunchfresh coriander
  • 1tspn of turmeric powder
  • 1tspn of jeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the flour,add 1 tspn of salt.

    Add water to the flour n bind it to a soft dough.leave aside for 15 minutes.

    Start rolling them,into 3 or 4 chapatis,inbetween the chapatis,spread the oil and sprinkle some flour on them.

    Then roast them n separate the chapati layers.

    Cut them finally into long strips for filling the mixture into it.

    Cut all the vegetables into small cubes.

    Take a saucepan,add the oil.jeera n finally add all the chopped vegetables.

    Add all the dry ingredients

    Then fill them with 2 teaspoons of these vegetable mixture.And seal them.

U can fry them in oil or Roast them in the oven
