Wash properly fish then marinate it with 1tsp Turmeric powder,salt 1/2 tsp, mustard paste,1/2tsp mustard oil, lemon juice. Keep side for 30 min.

Put oil in kadhai heat properly fry all the pieces in batches..till golden.

Now in remaining oil put panchforan,add paste,turmeric powder, corridor, powder,salt garam.masalastir it cook till it's.leave oil.now add1glasswater stir and cover with lid.when it starts boiling.after 5 min add fried fish.cook another 2 min.

This is ready for eat with bhat.
