1 tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbspolive oil
2 poundscucumbers (about 4 medium)
1/2 cupfinely chopped red onion
1 tbspcoarsely chopped fresh dill fronds
1 tbspcoarsely chopped parsley leaves
Flaky salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Cut cucumbers into cubes and lightly crush
