Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupwhole milk plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 poundscucumbers (about 4 medium)
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped red onion
  • 1 tbspcoarsely chopped fresh dill fronds
  • 1 tbspcoarsely chopped parsley leaves
  • Flaky salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Steps

    Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, oil

    Cut cucumbers into cubes and lightly crush

  3. 3

    Add onion, dill, parsley.

    Sprinkle salt and pepper

    Toss gently to combine
