  • Chicken breast seasoned with Salt Pepper & Paprika
  • leavesMixed Salad
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Paraley
  • Broccoli
  • Mayonnaise

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown chicken in a hot pan on both sides. Transfer to hot oven for 20mins

  2. 2

    Using the same pan sauté the broccoli for 5mins in a little olive oil. Season with s&p set aside to cool.

  3. 3

    Toss all ingredients to make salad
