Grate potatoes then heat ghee in a pan & add grated potatoes

Roast for 5 minutes then add sugar & cook for 5 minutes

Now add milk powder and grated coconut & cook till moisture absorbs then off the gas

Now grease a tray with clarified butter & pour the potato mixture into the tray spread equally everywhere

Then press some chopped pistachio all over it & let it cool for 2 hours then cut & serve
