Ingredients

  1. 100 gmbeef cut in cubes
  2. 4large white onions diced
  3. 1tsb butter
  4. 1tsb all purpose flour
  5. Salt
  6. 1 cupBeef stock

    Prepare all the ingredients

    Bake the beef at 180°c for 30 minutes till brown and crispy. Set aside in a different bowl

  3. 3

    In a saucepan, put butter and add onions. Cook till caramelized or completely brown in color

  4. 4

    Add meat and season with salt. Keep stirring. Add the flour and keep stirring.

  5. 5

    Add the stock and simmer for about 30-45 minutes. The longer you simmer the better the results.

  6. 6

    Remove from the heat, garnish appropriately and serve with your favorite meal. I served with mashed potatoes cooked with buttermilk. Enjoy
